Service & Installation
My Philosophy:
I have always believed that service before, during and after the sale is the
most important of a business. A company depends on it’s customers to tell
their friends how well they were taken care of while doing business with
that company, so the business can grow.
Designing:
Most stylists do not have the background in construction to understand where
to start in designing their new salon or remodeling their old salon. For the
past 37 years, I have worked with their contractors to make their ideas a
reality.
Installation:
In most cases, I will be on site to receive your new equipment from the
freight lines to make sure there is no damage. I will assemble all the
equipment except any plumbing part such as shampoo bowls or electrical hook
ups your licensed contractor will be required to do. Styling Stations and
shampoo bulkheads will be assembled, but will have to be mounted by your
contractor.
Service:
I will work for you to see that all your new equipment looks and is
operating properly before you start to use it as well as after it is
installed. If you should have a problem with your equipment, I will contact
the manufacturer for you for any warranty work that may need to be done. I
will also be able to help you get the service you need after the warranty
has expired.
